A tutorial of sorts........

How to make fruit roll ups...

Find ripe strawberries a lot of them. And a few helpful kiddos. Wash and cut strawberries. Put into blender until smooth adding alittle apple juice to blend. Then taste...... need something then add alittle honey or sugar whatever you like. next line baking sheets with saran wrap. Pour strawberry mix onto sheet with antsy kids underfoot dont' drop it. And only just to coat the pan. About 1 to 2 cups. Then turn oven on to lowest temp. And bake for atleast 6 -8 hrs. or overnight. Making the hungry kids go to bed with out any. Next morning it will be ready to eat. And it wont be there for long once you taste it. YUMMY!!!

Cobwebs

In my mom and dad's home in good old Arizona, there is a poem that has hung on the same wall for as long as I could remember. But this poem didn't really mean anything to me until I became a mother. So I wanted to share it..

Cleaning and scrubbing can wait tell tomorrow
Cause babies grow up we have learned with our sorrow
So Quite down cobwebs, Dust go to sleep
I'm rocking my babies and babies don't keep..

But on busy days when I'll I see is the dirt on the floors or the dishes piled high in the sink. And all my little one want is my lap this little poem come quickly to my head. So next time you are having to choose between vacumeing the floors or holding that baby remember this. Because I don't know about you just as soon as the vacume turns off the carpet is going to get dirty again. But if you pick that baby up that moment will forever be in yours and their heart.
