Weigh In

Ok so I've been working out and eating my meal plan since the 22nd of January so tonight was the big weigh in to see how I was doing......

I lost 8 pounds YEPPIE..... I am so excited I have along way to go but this is a great start.

You GO! 8 pounds is awesome! What are you eating? Do you just count your calories or what? I have been thinking that I need to lose some pounds and tone up! I am so excited for you! Keep it up! I can just tell you are going to be a total skinny, minny when I see you again!

heheh We will have to talk but yes i am counting calories and working out 6 days aweek. Whatever like you need to lose anything your perfect. love you tons.
