Okay...so I stayed up til' 12:30 this morning making 3 pies, a green bean casserole and stuffing and then got up at 6:30 this morning to peel, boil and mash 10 lbs. of potatoes! I came home from our Turkey Day meal today, with 3 pies, half of my mashed potatoes, my whole, un-touched green bean casserol and an empty stuffing pan. What is up with that? Apparently...all I should have bothered to make was the stuffing and potatoes. We had fun, but it wasn't the same without you! Cuz...I miss you like crazy, I miss you like crazy! Happy Thanksgiving!
